AVOID AVOID AVOID Started with part of order delivered wrong. They were happy to re-deliver correct item, then mixed kebab had a hair mixed in that wasn't nice pulling out of mouth. Rang up to resolve issue and was told point blank they were all bald . When insisting that I wasn't happy and wanted to find a solution to the problem they just hung up the phone. When the driver arrived with item that was delivered wrong I asked if the cooks were bald and was told some are but some have hair. Called back a second time and said your driver told me you aint all bald they answered with come to the shop tomorrow. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AVOID AVOID
A group of us ordered food, we thought we were ordering from the same place, seems we didn't. A friend of ours ordered food from Bedford Kebab & Pizza their food was delivered within half an hour of placing the order. Our first time ordering from Kempston kebab as I made a mistake and ordered from here instead of Bedford Kebab & Pizza like our friend. Ours took over an hour and half, large kebab was a size of a small one. Chips were soggy, pizza cheese was bland couldn't taste it. Only the pepperoni. Will not be ordering from here again. Next time will order from Bedford Kebab & Pizza.
