We have only good experience with Second Home Turkey. Last year, after 13 years in Camyuva, me and my wife decided to sell our apartment in Viking 22. We were recommended by one of our neighbors who sold their apartment to contact Selda Acar at Second Home. In year 2020 we were not able to travel to Turkey, but Selda and her team made it possible to make a sale without our presence. She advised us how to prepare Power of Attorney with Hostiles stamp from Norway, took pictures from the apartment in order for us to decide which items should be shipped to Norway. She and her team packed the items and got it sent. Selda did all the arrangement with the bank, water and electricity and we got our money in our Norwegian bank account shortly after the contract was signed. From the buyer was identified till all were finished, the process took less than a month. We have been using 2nd Home Turkey for over 10 years to purchase, rent and sell property around Antalya. After being on sale for quite some time, Selda found a potential buyer for our property at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. With a lockdown in Europe, we could not fly to Turkey, so it was not an easy job to close this deal. Due to the pandemic crisis, we have had to cancel the contract with the first buyer. Problems were mainly caused by: - a government that could not provide the necessary powers of attorney that complied with Turkish legislation on time, - a buyer who ultimately no longer had the financial means to buy this property (exchange rate difference with the Euro played a role in this. ). Here Selda moved heaven and earth to get this deal done on time, unfortunately. Selda was able to find a new buyer reasonably quickly, and we were finally able to sell our property at the asking price within three weeks. The most important thing I can say is that we have never met Selda in person. In the beginning, there have been some fears because you have to give an essential responsibility to someone you have never met. We gained that trust through a video conference, and this trust was justified! We hope that the pandemic will soon be over so that we can thank Selda in real life for this excellent service.

She was quick to take on new challenges that emerged and she was quick to respond. We felt confident that the sale was completed in a good way both for us as a seller but also for the buyer. We will therefore give Selda our very warmest recommendations both when it comes to selling and buying an apartment in the area around Kemer.
