Really cool spot and laid back atmosphere. The food is delicious and the bartender Suzie is amazing! She was my manager at the last location I worked at and by far the best I've ever worked for. Pretty unorganized training program they got going on there and the servers, although pretty decent, are convinced they're like a special breed that can't be compared.... Kinda strange... But learned a lot. Thanks for the opportunity and Madi great advice dude... Appreciate that!

So the GUMBO is good. But my sad sad portion of crab fingers were disappointing. They were a tad overcooked which I believe it was due to their miniature out of season size. I wish they were not available on the menu when the quality looked like this. I can only imagine they would have been a lot better if they were 10% larger. I would say do a half price special if you just have to serve them no matter how small they come. But honestly, I would pay just about any price for some decent crab fingers. I would have sent this back if I were at the restaurant. But again, I really am enjoying the gumbo. *RESPONSE BELOW* Unfortunately, this was a food delivery so I was unable to discuss with the server.
We come from Lafayette, LA every few months to eat at Crazy Alan's because our daughter cannot get enough of their chicken and sausage gumbo! We have to order 4 cups to go so she can freeze it every time we come. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is amazing as well.
The food was fine. My waitress was the only employee I saw wearing a mask or wearing it correctly. These people are moving around food and not wearing a mask. Very scary for me
We just had the most amazing meal and time! The food was perfect. The garlic potatoes are so yummy! We had Carlie helping us. I've got to say, if you want amazing service and a wonderful personality, you should request her. She was fun and even listened to my middle son's silly jokes. We ended up there for two hours and had a blast! We got some appetizers, drinks, and one of the big pots with extra crawfish and shrimp. It was very tasty and agood amount for 2 adults and 4 kids. Two of my boys are teens and can eat.
