Been buying from Kellyvision for over 15 years. Always so helpful and go that extra mile that other retailers don't. And I live 45 mins away at Kings Lynn but well worth the travel to deal with honest friendly people. My latest purchase is a Liebherr fridge freezer.
I have just taken delivery of a fantastic Bosch fridge freezer from this company. The service was second to none and the price was as good as any of the very large online retailers. So will be definitely using again.
I just wanted to thank Kellyvision for their excellent customer service last Wednesday when we awoke to discover that our fridge/freezer was not working. When I called, they were able to offer me several choices that would fit in the space required and even prechilled the unit before delivery so that I could minimise the food loss by transferring our frozen items straight over. Above and beyond! Thank you so much.
