From THE WORSTExperience, DO NOT Choose THIS COMPANY! I HAD chosen this insurance by monthly direct debit ON MAY, few weeks after the date, they said I had fail to pay BECAUSE they Suddenly Change the PaYment to Two Months in one go?!! ?!! IN THE agreement is monthly payment, There IS No One told ME the contract HAD Changed by their own way???? NO ONE ! I tried to contact this company and solve the issue which Caused by them, they didn't give back any response? But told me that THEY Don't KNOW HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY?!????! They put ALL of THEIR FAULT to the CUSTOMERS!!! I can't believe this is happening in Here. TODAY I got credit that I have to pay Over 900 if I want to cancel !?!?!?!?! How about the deposit I paid ?????? In the Contract my Insurance total amount is roughly 1000!!!! THIS absolutely ridiculous!!! IF I don't WANT a INSURANCE, WHY Would I Bought it? I JUST WANT TO Pay THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS THAT WROTE IN THE AGREEMENT!!!!! NO ONE GIVE ME RESPOND TO SOLVE THERE PROBLEMS! BUT ADD ON ALL THEIR FAULTS TO THE CUSTOMER! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING !!!!!! Is there any way to make a effective complaint to this InSurance?????
Got a quote on insurance, went to buy a car the next day, called to activate the insurance and they said it would cost nearly 1,000 more. I called the insurance company directly and they offered me the original price. I can't guarantee it was Keller's fault, but seems like a bait and switch.
