Brilliant. All necessary covid precautions in place. Asked a young male assistant to locate a product for me, the shelf was empty so he kindly said he would check the storeroom for me. He returned shortly with the baking item required. Thankyou. I wish staff in other shops were as helpful, polite and efficient. If he was my son I would be very proud of him.

Well organized and displayed. Covid control measures are excellent. They limit number of people inside and all cash counters are well seperated. Kudos to the team.
World's smallest baked potato I came here specifically to buy a new pillow because I have problems when I try to sleep. Some people have restless leg syndrome but I think I have restless head syndrome. The upshot is that I wreck my pillows and it ends up looking like a pair comfy but raggy underpants that I've had 10 years. Mission completed and new pillow in hand, my wife suggested we head upstairs to 'THE PAUSA' cafe. PAUSA............who thought that up? They should have just called it Nigel or Jeff. In fairness its Ok up there but wear ear plugs because the sandwich cooler fridge sounds like marching band and all the visitors have to shout at each other. My wife ordered the world's smallest baked potato (boiled egg size....see the photo) but she struggled to eat it as there was a draft and it kept rolling around on her plate. The checkout experience was interesting as the chap who served me seemed really keen when I suggested I may drool on my new pillow whilst asleep......so I'm not allowed to take it back
