Front of house staff very friendly and professional however one mechanic in particular was extremely rude and unwilling to help. After my car was in for for minor suspension work the car was given back to me in an unsafe condition, no wheel alignment was done and over 25mph the car would wobble severely all over the road. After several phone calls on the Saturday morning I was told the mechanic I needed to speak to was running late and had probably had a rough night on the drink, when I did finally speak to him I was point blank told it was my fault and they wouldn't charge me for fitting and I should take it somewhere else. Will not use again.

Took my car in to be diagnosed and when I took it back for repairs they had not logged the problems, then booked in again for two days still no repairs Booked in again then they called and cancelled the booking apparently they can’t repair a car that takes any amount of time ! And it can take up to 3 weeks for a four hour job What a shambles clearly they don’t care about customers preferring to take quick jobs DONT USE THIS SERVICE they don’t want repeat custom just a fast job #cherrypicking
