Persönlich war ich sehr zufrieden ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen die hygienische Versorgung war gut bis vorbildlich das Personal war stets freundlich einzelnen wünschen meinerseits versuchte man immer nach möglich zu entsprechen auch die Heimleitung war stets kooperativ und hilfsbereit das Freizeitangebot für die Bewohner ist gut und man ist stets bemüht auch auf die Möglichkeiten der einzelnen Bewohner einzugehen das Essen fand ich auch gut und ausreichend von der Menge die nächste Kurzzeitpflege verbringe ich wieder im Dr Friedrich geroldt Haus in Kehl

The worst place to work and not a good place for your elders. No introduction to how they operate as a nursing home. You are just thrown in to the deep end. As for residents care it begs to believe. I'm not a dog fan and I wouldn't leave my dog there. The residents on the first and second floor only get water to drink, never any juices and insect all over the place. Far from clean. I went on a shift and as I went up the stairs I could hear a buzzer going off, no idea whose buzzer it was and when I got to the office there where two head staff sat there talking and ignoring the buzzer. Apparently it was the doctor who was ringing and because he also rang they ignored it. Unfortunately he died and if they had checked on him earlier his daughter could have been contacted earlier to say good bye to her father. Please find another place to leave your love ones.
