Everyone from beginning to end was absolutely great to deal with. We purchased two vehicles from them in the span of a month with Jay being the salesperson and Ernie the finance manager. Both couldn't have been more helpful and made for a very pleasant buying experience. Their customer service is a great testament to the overall management at that dealership!

I received a notice from GMC indicating a possible condition where the \evaporative purge valve may not fully close\. Apparently this causes the engine to run rough, hesitate or stall at idle speeds. These symptoms have presented 3 or 4 times since I owned the vehicle. The notice indicates to not bring the vehicle in \unless you believe that your vehicle has the condition as described\, which of course I do believe. I made an appointment and took the vehicle in to have the part replaced. The problem is an intermittent one and was not occurring this morning when I drove 30 miles to have the part replaced according to the notice - believing this would be done at no charge. Instead, I was charged 108.07 for them to look at the vehicle - and the part was not even changed - because the tech indicated the problem was not happening at the time - as intermittent problems often do not happen conveniently. I have lost faith in Fairfield's at this point and suggest going elsewhere should you need a vehicle or especially service.
As always, their service is quick and impeccable. From the service advisors to the technicians, every is extremely courteous and professional. Just a great dealership from top to bottom!
This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dealership, and that’s not hyperbole. I called them late morning today and inquired about a few vehicles. After confirming they had the vehicles I wanted in stock, my family drove out to Keene. The second I walked into the dealership I was treated well. My salesman, Brandon, a former marine, was a straight shooter from the get go. The finance manager had a great personality. They offered more for my trade than any other dealer I had been to prior, and it was legit no non sense. I will definitely make the hour drive to Keene to work with these folks on future vehicle purchases. Thank you for making the car buying experience fun again!
We walked in a few days ago based on a coupon we found in the local Monadnock book. We knew we needed a new truck and have shopped every local dealer. These guys were absolutely top shelf from start to finish. No pressure from Jay, the salesperson, professional contract dealings and an unbelievable experience with finance. They have been in business for so long for a very good reason. We LOVE our new truck.
