Great gym. Very friendly for beginners, always welcoming and great attention is spent with the students. They also have alot of International stars that train there too. So they cater for all levels. Facilities are on point too, great set up and have two rings too. I love the place.

Great martial arts and boxing gym with a wide range of classes and personal training available. Friendly atmosphere which is important as some people can find these types of gym a little intimidating but I found every one here is very welcoming and inclusive. Caters for all levels from complete beginners to professional fighters. Highly recommended.
