Had a phone conversation to book in some viewings to buy a flat - the agent was extremely rude and said he was too busy to show us any which was extremely disappointing as we were looking forward to viewing some flats with Keating Estates after looking at their properties online. Not a great experience so would definitely avoid.

I had a very professional and efficient experience with Zanardi. From start to finish she was on top of her game with knowledge of the property and the future changes (upgrade). She also helped from an empathetic point of view. I trusted her to find me the best property and help me close it. Very good service.
Zanardi was incredible personable, friendly and informative when showing us properties. It seems she had a real passion for the area and properties within it. She broke down all information we needed clearly and concisely, and explained the payment process well. She also helped us secure a dream place easily and quickly, would highly recommend.
Really helpful both when discussing the type of property I was looking for and being honest about potential flats which would and would not be suitable. Early for the viewing and really friendly when showing me around. Zee when above and beyond to keep me posted including outside of business hours (e.g when hearing whether the landlord had accepted our offer) and was constantly in contact to answer my questions. Really recommend! Liz
Keating Estates has been extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Zanardi has been absolutely wonderful! She has helped us to quickly find an amazing flat, and took away all the stress.
