I don't know which parts of the Covid-19 guidelines they've skipped but in just 10 minutes inside I witnessed a waitress chatting with her mask down to her chin for a few minutes until I asked her coworker to intervene. Soon after another staffer, this time with regular plain clothes came out from the back with absolutely no mask on! Needless to say I'm disgusted and concern for me and for others health. If they do it in your face who knows what's happening in the back. I've ordered from this place a few times in the last 2 years and the food is ok, but service is extremely slow, 15 minute takeouts turn to an hour wait, and now big hygiene concerns in which I'm considering reporting to state/town.
Literally my go to place! Just got out of this place and still has good food and great service!! Place is awesome
Wait time was extremely long, which was a bit over an hour. Also, I ordered the combo Carbon y Sabor which included the 2 liter soda but I didn’t receive it. Also, I wasn’t given any forks or napkins. Some parts of the chicken were pink. The fries were soggy and had no flavor either. The high prices don’t help either.
