While I was waiting for a brief 20 min for my oil change, I witnessed them telling a customer they could find nothing wrong with her car, most likely had just been snow packed under the car causing it to drive that way. Believe me I’m sure they looked it over very thoroughly because she had been there for over an hour. Now that’s integrity you can count on!

Everything was fine in my visit except for the fact you charged me 205 labor and my car was not even in your shop 1 1/2 hours. I guess you charged me labor just to look at the car and that makes no sense but I guess that's the way you make your money and I have no choice. Hope you paid the mechanic well but I know he did not get very much of that 205. Thank you for fixing my car everything was great except your labor charges.
