Bought carpets for 5 rooms in my house, and arranged fitting for the Saturday. Had a phone call the next day telling me the drivers van had blown up so if we wanted fitting on the Saturday we would have to collect the carpets and the fitter from the shop in Kirkstall. As this was moving in day, we accepted this reluctantly. On picking up the fitter he then told us he was having issues with his ex wife and thats why he didn't have a van. 5 different stories were told during the day. They forgot one of the carpets so we had to drive back to collect the last carpet. The fitter did a good job with the carpets, but left all the offcuts and spray glue tins lying around. One carpet has been placed wrong under the bathroom door so the door no longer shuts (we will have to plain it). The fitter then told my father in law a sob story so that he could get a lift home. I will not be using their business again.
Lovely guy helped us out straight away. Had obvious knowledge when prompted with questions. Delivered too bang on time. Will use this branch again. Huge
