I have purchased several animals, vivariums and accessories from KBN. There staff are friendly and know exactly what they are talking about. Even if you know nothing about the animals they will help you and guide you every step of the way. Anyone who uses KBN regularly will tell you it is not just a shop but a massive family that you become part of. #bestshopincoventry

Superb shop, let us view many different snakes as we were deciding which type we may want to go for.

Have chatted with KBN over the phone and in store a fair few times and I am always astounded by their knowledge and care with regards to their wide variety of animals. I was able to easily purchase two leaf insects and a full setup over the phone and it was delivered to my home with a super helpful care sheet. I source my snake's food here too. 100% trust them.
