The place is good and clean, however, I suspect that they insist to pay cash transactions only - since they always say their credit card terminal is always down. I hope they get a backup as they are losing a lot of potential customers who prefer cashless transactions

It's a gas station. What do you expect? Trucks refill here and you could get your RFID for toll loaded so expect build up and longer wait for service.
