I was recently hired by Steve from Kavin Group. From the first moment we chatted I could see that the man got it. I was a director & owner in the hospitality industry for over 27 years. I always placed alot of weight on making sure our staff (foot soldiers) were taken care of. They then became our best marketers/ambassadors for our brand. This particular organization has been awarded the task of taking on the hiring for a specific city of Hamilton service. Amongst all the craziness, they did not forget to make sure that their core values were understood. Be positive and respectful with everyone you come in contact with. Be proficient, take initiative in your work, take pride. There is room to grow for those who show they deserve it. And as we all know, you can preach but if you don't practice it yourself, it will fall on deaf ears.
