Very crowded. Very dirty. People throwing trash everywhere. Not properly managed & maintained. No proper signages. Buses are parked randomly without any discipline. Typically UP bus stand in National Capital! Two stars given just because I was able to move out of station quickly and safely!

Kaushambi bus station Not much clean place but if you come early morning then this place is much cleaner than night. Toilets,restroom,food corners are also available. Helpdesk is also there if you have any queries related to the bus and bus station you can ask them. There is a storage room also. Drinking water is also available some time there is too much rush at this Covid period if it is important then go there otherwise avoid this place. Lights,fans and sitting places are well maintained. AC and non AC buses are available.

Shatabdi AC buses are available to different cities from UP. Directly connected through Anand Vihar Metro station. Kaushambi merro station is approx 300 mtr far from the bus station. Waiting hall is also available here.
