DANGEROUS!!! I have a severe allergy to nuts and we went to this restaurants as it was one of two available in the village. The menu had an allergen matrix displaying peanuts (arachides) on almost everything on the menu. I decided on one of three things that had no peanuts or nuts on the allergen matrix but when the waitress arrived we questioned to be safe. The waitress was confused and told me everything was cooked in peanut oil except the pizzas (including the dish I was about to order). We questioned further because the pizzas all had the nut symbol and the waitress claimed it was an old menu and was incorrect. This restaurant is consciously serving food cooked in peanut oil whilst customers believe it is safe. Fortunately we were cautious enough to question, others may be less fortunate! Avoid and please report to necessary authorities if possible. I am unaware how to do this in France.

Great service, delicious food and wine. Exceptional marionettes. Merci!

Small, quaint little cellar restaurant. Only about 20 tables surrounded by marionettes that are automated and play music or tell stories. It's kind of like an old, French, Chuck-e-Cheese, but not creepy at all - if that makes sense. My little girl found the puppets interesting and watched them the entire time we were there. The food was amazing, I had a traditional Alsatian dish called Baeckeoffe, which was a meat and vegetable stew served in a crock. My wife had the nightly special - Noodles with shrimp Scampi. Her dish was simply amazing. It was a noodle dish with shrimp and fresh asparagus. The shrimp, noodles, and asparagus were perfectly cooked and set in a butter/garlic/basil sauce.
