This place was delightful. It was like stepping back in time due to the wonderful retro design. Food was good. Another place we shall return to.

Very traditional style Ukranian restaurant. Open 24 hours and located on the main road in the city center. Staff were very pleasant and spoke enough English to establish my order. There was a choice of indoor and patio seating. The restaurant was rather empty when I visited but I was also there at 10:00 pm on a Thursday. I ordered the Chicken Kiev with Mashed Potatoes and a Pepsi. Their menu is in Ukranian and English. It also has photos of the dishes for a better description. The feeling of the restaurant is that of and old school country inn. It had a very homely and comfortable feeling sort of like Mama's kitchen. I enjoyed my visit and the food was very good. This is a chain restaurant. The food is average, however I'm told by a few locals it's not so bad Ukrainian. Been to far better. Sadly the service here is rather poor in comparison to the usually high standard in Ukraine. Waited to be seated, rushed orders and then a long wait for the bill and payment card. Always having to ask for waiter's attention. Decor is appealing 80s retro style, same as other restraunts in the chain. Overall very average and disappointing service. I would recommend other more individual and authentic establishments. This place is open 24 hours so that could be useful.

Its not a michelin level place but good value and classic Soviet food!
Nice and good a bit soviet-style interior with lots of small details like old machines, posters. There are some books to read during visit. Friendly staff. Prices like average in Kyiv, maybe even cheaper.
