Kathmandu Nepalese Cuisine

Excellent food and service. I have tried many dishes and each one was extremely good. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been until today. The Bombay local dishes are perfect and you won’t find better then this anywhere else.

Food was delicious, I got a salmon curry and the sauce was really fragrant and delicate to match a salmon dish....probably one of the best fish curries I have ever had. On the downside the service was very slow. It was packed on a Saturday night, with only about 2 waiters. Perhaps they were unusually short staffed or maybe they need to hire more. The food was not over priced, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend but only if you are not in a hurry!

Kathmandu has been my favourite local restaurant for a few years - great service, top quality food and good value. Currently only doing takeaways due to COVID restrictions, but food is as brilliant as ever. recently developed an allergy to fenugreek (otherwise known as methi) and the restaurant have been brilliant in avoiding this ingredient when preparing food for me Thoroughly recommended

A hidden gem! Excellent customer service, the waitress was so helpful and offered advice on dishes etc. If your a meat lover you must order the lamb shank! Some people are complaining about the time taken for the food to come out, its cooked fresh to order so we were happy to wait. Overall very tasty food and great customer service.
