Kate's Dairy Free Cakes

I needed a vegan cake for my Mum's 60th birthday celebration, but only three of the twenty people at the gathering were vegan, so I wanted something that would impress everyone, even the sceptics! Also, my Mum is a baker herself, so she has pretty high standards. The cake was incredible! A magical treat for the tastebuds and the eyes. We'd never seen anything like it. It was definitely a birthday treat to remember. I can't recommend Kate's cakes highly enough.
