Another shop had them put some items aside for me. When I got there the next day as agreed upon (nearly an hour from where I live), they had sold the items to someone else.
Extremely disappointed with their service! We ordered furniture for the whole house (bed, couch, dining table, etc) three weeks ago (03/10/2018). Normally Jysk delivery only takes 3 days, but for some reason our case is 3 weeks. It was fine for us on that time. We made time, emptied out our apartment to make space and waited for our furnitures but it isn't coming!! Called them and they say it will not be delivered today! They said they had sent us a message informing this matter. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRIOR INFORMATION ABOUT THIS DELAY. We have no bed to sleep, nor chair to sit tonight!! And their ice\ apology was just \we can lend you an air mattress that you can pick up in our nearest store\. Is this some kind of a joke???
I was more than happy with my purcase at JYSK. Basically, everything what I found on sale online I was able to find in this partical JYSK location. Very pleased to have this store around because it is a \money saver\ for cute & fashionable house decorations :)
