If you're keen to experience the WORST customer service experience in Europe, this place will not disappoint! The caucasian lady refused to process my claim and one asian lady counter staff (I'm not racist because I'm Asian too) threatened to have my claim revoked and that's how bad it was! They insisted that I can only file the claim within X hour (cant remember 3 or 4 hours before flight time) BUT the same company processed my friend's receipt just a few minutes before me. Talking about consistency... boo...!! Nevermind, then I wait patiently with my ticket number. They skipped my number 297 for whatever reason!!!! I was UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND SPEECHLESS. Finally 1 counter staff by the name of Yanwei processed my claim and she's more polite, helpful and courteous. Thank you Yanwei and to the rest of the people there, WAKE UP!

Most unprofessional lazy and prejudice offices of global blue and customs. They told me to come any time after 8pm because my flight was after midnight. Showed up at 8:40 and they told me they had already closed. Went to customs to get a stamp on receipt from Czech Republic, Sweden and Denmark. They became very interested in items I bought from Czech Rep only. Told me to unpack my luggage and show it to them, even though the receipt had official stamp of the very known store and company and it clearly stated what I had bought. I tore my receipts. So blatant prejudiced and borderline racist treatment I never encountered in my life. Will never use global blue again. I’d rather lose a few dollars in tax than being treated this way. Same goes for customs at Copenhagen airport. It left a sour taste on the overall pleasant stay in Denmark.

As the other review. Worst service ever. And still have not received anything on the card. Try to avoid and go for a another global blue. They ask for a lot of personal data and act like they are the custom more than the actual custom at CPH airport.
