Perfect experience. Enterprise accepts Debit cards and blocks deposit of about 680 for a small car (the lowest deposit I’ve ever been charged). Of course you can avoid this by paying insurance. The car was new and clean, without a single scratch. Pick up within 10 minutes. I will happily rent here again ️

When I returned my rented car, I was accused by the receiving lady of damaging the rim of one of the tires. When I protested, they said I need to go into the office. At the office I registered my protest and they looked up the past history of the car and agreed it was past damage and I wasn't charged. As you can see in this picture, when the slightest scuff marks on the wheel rim is interpreted as damage, I would strongly advice you of taking pictures on your phone of every wheel of your car when you rent so you'll have proof to protest on when you return. In fact, they did ask me if I had such pictures. See picture below to understand how light the scuff was. Others shared similar experience in reviews. Otherwise they were professional on service. I regularly rent cars across the world and with enterprise. First time this was brought up. In the US, this is usually considered part of regular wear of the car. So beware, this may be a location specific racket to milk money off customers in a hurry to catch flights. I'm glad I had the time to contest.
Had a one week car rental from CPH Enterprise back in August 2019. Friendly and professional, and a lovely almost new Volvo V90 for our family road trip. None of the usual silly 'nit picking' behaviour on return, just a nice easy drop off. Only marking down to 4 stars because the transfer from the airport to the rental centre is a bit of a pain in the backside with children and cases in tow, and we waited a good 20mins for a transfer bus.
We have had great service from this branch since we started there as a client over 1 1/2 years ago. The service is quick, their cars are in good condition and the prices are decent too. Any time we have had any issues with a vehicle, we got it replaced or fixed immediately.
I had a car reserved at Enterprise/Alamo. Exceptionally good service, especially from Mats. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, we had nice talk, all paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Brand new car (BMW X1), not even 1kkm driven. Similarly it was very good with return, quick, efficient, friendly. I can only strongly recommend.
Excellent service, friendly staff and quality brand new cars. Both taking over and handing over was made very smoothly in no time practically. I have booked two times for Volkswagen Golf. First time I received an Audi A3 instead. Very happy with the service received and next time in Copenhagen I will book my car from the same place.
Had a reservation for a compact SUV (Audi Q2 or similar), got an Q2 with very low kilometers. The employees were very kind and there were absolute no issues/problems. For an extra fee, which was lower than the actual cash fee I got the toll „sensor“ for the Øresund bridge.
Easy to get to with the bus (from LAX) and the staff was super professional
