Bit pricey but great for a treat in the heart of town. 12 scoops of ice cream for 35...really? Great extensive menu. Very good staff and service.

very tasty desserts. a large selection of ice cream, waffles and pancakes. for undecided people, you can compose dessert yourself. fruits in desserts are very good, especially strawberries.

It's has a great concept and a very nice interior. The ice-cream selection and drinks are superb. The only issue is the customer service. This is my third visit, and I have still not received any for of warmth or care from the staff. I think that a simple smile would go a long way. It's obviously just a job to them. If they put more effort into customer care, I truly belive that business would improve and the staff would actually start to enjoy their work far more than they do at the moment. In short, enjoy the food and drinks but don't expect anything else.
Staff spoke very poor English and were very rude.we entered the dessert bar and were seated at a large table (for @8 people) cos there was no other seating.after a 5 minute battle to place our order(employee spoke very poor english) we then waited @20 mins for 2 simple ice creams.half way through enjoying our ice creams we were approached by another employee(an eastern European female who once again spoke poor english) but informed us we had to move immediately cos they had a large party who wanted the big table.we said 5 mins and we'll be finished.but employee very rudely insisted NOW.my partner who has a serious hearing disability was becoming very upset and we ended up walking out.we shall never use this food outlet again and we recommend people to stay clear.There is an old saying your company is only as good as your worst employee.Kaspa's take note.
