Over an hour wait due to eat out to help out and was given the wrong cookie dough after all of this. Luckily the waiter was really nice and fixed my order. Once I received the correct order it was superb. Hopefully my next experience here will be much better

Delicious desserts, but super sweet so for a person like me it was a little bit too much. Also the waiters aren't so nice. They didn't even smile or showed us how everything works as it was the first time going there.I think customer service need some improvements. Not sure if will be coming back.
Food is always nice in here - let down by such awful service. Somewhere like a dessert place needs to understand that service is Key, they have to make you want to go there for your dessert and not just have one with your meal in a restaurant. Also its a treat not a meal so people don't have to have to have them... Hire someone who's got excellent customer service and I might return one day - for now ill start using Heavenly Desserts around the corner who were amazing last night after I received poor service for ot wearing a facemask\.
Cross-contamination My favourite place in Peterborough for desserts. I have been here many times and always order the hot fudge sundae. This is amazing but the last time I went I found thatI could taste something else in it. I kept eating it only to find out that it had traces of bubblegum ice cream in it. I was not pleased.
Ir you are craving for something sweet, this is a place for you! Lovely coffee. Coffee only 1 with any desert
