Over years package value has deteriorated as new products and features (which they ask people to submit requests for consideration via Kashflow Canvas) have never actually transpired. There's no longer a phonecall option unless youre an accountant so in summary... The app is pretty average at best The cloud signs you out after a few minutes even if selecting keep me signed in The support model means its really more geared towards accountants than end users. The pricing structure now makes other more well known packages look far better value for money than previously.

its ok until it goes down. Currently 3 suveyors and 2 secretary sitting around unable to work. Complete joke. No support. Wish i signed up to quick books or a company that has a better team working on the back end of there website/software. As usless as a chocolate tea pot
Never had problems until now, I cannot link to HMRC and the support is awful! Cannot call anyone, chat takes forever.
By far the easiest to use and feature rich accounts and payroll cloud software on the market. Loved this from the very start and I'm not an accountant. Well done developers you win!
Disappointed - it has many flaws with reference to pension set ups and the support is not instant. Made a wrong decision to switch over in April and will not use it after March 2019
