Had another fantastic visit to your shop today to purchase yet another watch (that’s now 5 I’ve bought) and a pair of sunglasses. As alway the service was second to none and had a good experience. Your watches are beautifully made and anytime I wear one of mine I have the feeling of wearing a bespoke watch designed just for me. Keep up the good work guys

My favourite watch brand. I love the designs of the off the shelf watches and being able to build your own bespoke watch at these prices is awesome. The team in store make you feel welcome and know their stuff. I have a number of Kartel watches for work/formal events/causal. I’m sure you’ll love them too.

Excellent service and quality product - would highly recommend! They were quick to respond to my questions, were able to send the style I wanted (was showing out of stock at the time), it was beautifully engraved and arrived quickly! Thanks to Bobby and the Kartel team for your fantastic service!

This was one the most enjoyable experiences. Dale and his Bud! Craig young cool dude...remember Craig \he who walks walks alone\ will recommend to friends. I would strongly recommend building your bespoke timepiece and engraving. All completed on the day with with the utmost professionalism in a relaxed manner. Will be returning. Harley.

This was a great shopping experience in a really friendly place, I hadn't a clue but was guided through the whole process and ended up with a lovely gift for hubby's Christmas all bagged up in a lovely bag. The guys there are very laid back and give you peace to browse but there when needed. The shop itself is contemporary but with an old feel about it, I will definitely be back soon
