This place is recommended to visit in the tourist guide of Haugesund&Haugaland. The way there is only worth if you really like to buy salmon - and the offer is very small. Otherwise there is nothing to see for tourists.
Karmoy Laks is the small company which makes smoked salmon. Come there if you have the car because it's hard to get there by public transport. The company is located in beautiful place. It's a small island connected by short narrow bridge. Landscapes over the island are amazing. So about KL, they produce really delicious salmon but just 3 kinds. First one original without any additive, second with herbs and third one with the pepper. My only mistake was that I bought just one piece. We ate it with my wife in a day )
