Well kept terminal. It’s easy to get around, there are currency changing machines (people),bathrooms, free coffee etc. It’s easy to find ones station as everything is modernized and works with displays
Well organized public space, good connected to public transport!
Clean, so many places to sit and wait, free wifi and some food market nearby.
Starting and finishing point in our journeys to Prague. Very nice and informative bus terminal. However... Access to the place isn't that obvious and requires passing through narrow walks along large streets. The waiting room is also too small for its purpose. Every time we were there, all seats were taken.
One of the best bus terminals I have seen in Europe. It is very well organized.
This placed has improved so much. But still, too many passengers in a too small waiting hall.
My one star rating is based purely on my attempt to get Czech Koruna. The man serving was utterly incompetent and extremely rude. We made the same request as the people ahead of us (who also asked in English and were served quickly) and he just kept on asking 'what do you want?' again and again. I asked. My wife asked. He just kept saying the same thing again and again on an increasingly rude tone. The rest of the terminal might be great, but definitely don't visit the Change in here.
