The way to get in is not really obvious (because of covid there are restrictions). Nobody knows anything (even the information booth). All the normal offices are closed, you have to call in order to contact them

I lived in st georgen building in Pforzheim. The place was clean and appartment affordable. If you are an international student, I don’t recommend that place unless you can speak german. Before moving in, I told them I was coming to study one semester in germany as part of an exchange program. The service was very bad since nobody speaks english and some refuses to because you are in germany and you should adapt but they finally give me a room that was available. I understand that english is not the official language but if you want to do business and you have international clientele then you should make an effort too. They gave me a german contract and changed the date for the end of my contract saying after that contracts are made for 6 months not less so I should pay for 6 months when I stayed for 5 months and specifically told them before. My experience in Germany was good in general but I feel very disappointed about this situation and this dormitory who doesn’t care about international students at all. This is a very bad image for you and it doesn’t give me the desire to come back SHAME ON YOU!
Working hours are very less and the employees are least bothered to help.
