Just had my sofa repaired by Karl. Very professional, informative and polite gentleman. Would definitely recommend to others. He does ask a lot of questions about the job to be done, that is because he is a very precise and thorough man, unlike a lot of others.

Just had my conservatory suite recovered absolutely brilliant Karl kept in touch of where he was in making them Cannot praise him enough , comments say you have to wait but I would rather wait and get outstanding than be quick and rubbish thank you once again Karl they are brilliant will defiantly recommend .

Called Karl to fix recliner sofa as the cables had snapped. Very reliable service, one of the cables didn't work correctly so he ordered a new one without hesitation, would use again. Prices wasn't over expensive a lot cheaper than the company I used before.

Contacted Karl to deal with sofa repair, thoroughly professional and was upfront about when he could fit us in. Arrived early, quickly identified the problem, explained the repair process, told us how much it might cost,depending on time it would take him. Efficient, knowledgeable and completed the work with no fuss, also answered questions about other potential work we might have in the future . Would have no hesitation in recommending him, previous reviews have mentioned he can ask a lot of questions; this is true but it is all part of making sure the customer knows what to expect and the potential cost. I would much rather have this than surprises half way through a job. First class craftsman..
