Karen is an exceptional counsellor. She has an amazing ability to put you at ease allowing you to open up about your innermost fears and problems without any trouble. Something I never truly believed was possible before. It’s fair to say, I was sceptical before I met Karen. Her listening skills are second to none- there is no problem too small for her to address and I honestly don’t know what i’d have done, or where I would be, without the support she has given me over the years. She helps you work through your problems using an integrated approach and you never realise that the process has even begun until you come out stronger on the other side. It’s as if you’ve simply been talking things through with a caring friend: someone who will listen without judgment or prejudice. She has a warmth that resonated so deeply with me, she was a natural choice for me. Thanks to her unfailing support and help, I have finally got myself to the place I need. I feel strong again for the first time in years and I couldn’t be more grateful.
