Excellent and Professional. We just recently sold our property with Karen Ritchie Estates Ltd. The service throughout the whole procedure was so efficient from as soon as we made contact with themselves about selling our property to the final day handing the keys over. Great communication from the value of the property and arranging viewings to accommodate ourselves as a young family was touched with ease with no issues at all. Luckily for us our property sold reasonably quick with them always giving sufficient guidance to the offers. Once we accepted an offer they where always in great communications with us of how the sale was going and how they were getting on etc... As we had to find another property to move to, it gave us great security of how it was processing along.
