Communication isn’t the best between office staff! Losing many contracts no hours. Most of the staff I spoke to where not happy. Being promised hours and having about 8 a week! Giving plenty of notice if ill and message not being passed on to clients then makes care staff look bad! Karepay not being informed when someone leaves! If you want part time hours this job is for you! Full time hours I would look around! Also they charge you a admin fee on your wages. And many more problems
