Great karate with young and old, good knowledge and experience & also fitness is good and they do traditional & sport karate, they even have FEW European champions who compete for the Wadokai England squad

I just past today from white to red belt I trained for quite a while but it was all worth the wait and I was treated fair and the classes are good I'm getting into shape still gotta train hard to reach the goals the more you put in the more you get out karate is a good was of cleaning the mind keeping in shape and it's fun too also a for the other two who past why not give it a try peace ️
