We are now more than 5 years with storm fiber and also some members in the family were doing online job, though sometime some difficulties were faced during to covid 19 period but there cooperation and out door working team was at our doorstep everytime we called for help. Thankyou stormfiber

Mostly stable and promised internet speed. Sometimes the internet has bothered with speed and connectivity issues but complain resolving department is also prompt and active. The online payment option is a bonus.
Worst ever technical support my internet not working from 3rd march and after 7 to 8 on record complaints they could not resolve the issue , such a poor response that they took almost more than 36 hours and result is a big Zero. No body in helpline know the exact intensity and exact time period just copy pasted replies on net and on call. Very disappointing.

such a pathetic service, we were using in our office since 2 years, but mostly internet speed were low than our connection speed. customer service is very poor. no technical team in DH area. totally waste of money. please don't use the connection of storm fiber.
Dear team, At least hire someone who would repky to my email/BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAME ACROSS This with reference to the recent complaint I had registered with Stormfiber about my internet and TV issues. Upon the visit of your complaint team, i was notified for that the device provided by stormfiber has malfunctioned and will require a new one. It is important to note that the device malfunctioned on its own and through no fault of my own, however, I was also told that I will be responsible for the payment of new device, whereby, the new device will remain the property of stormfiber. In my opinion, it is a clear and illegal exploitation of your customers and therefore i have decided to completely abandon stormfiber and cancel my subscription with your company. I will shop around for other Internet providers, I can assure you that I will definitely be going back to PTCL, as I have never faced such difficulties with them. I can also assure that I will not recommend the service to anyone, and will discourage people to be affiliated with such a company. Regards
The best internet provider i have used. its been almost 4 months and i never had a single connection issue. its unbelievable and the thing i liked the most is that i was unable to pay the fees for a month because i was out of country and when i came back my internet was still working, they just left a few emails of the payment. i just love this service and their ping is also very good for 10mb speed. Bravo
