Double storey apartments Lift is old
like
Nice apartment complex but poorly maintained. Only 2 lifts each with limited capacity and one was out of order. Very limited and poorly organised parking space.
I am pretty sure that people must be taking care of their apartments as one of our friend's do, but other then that the corridor (have seen only 1st floors) where the plants are kept is yet to be take care of.
Dadabhoy is an old business and residential center it was good fr the office because it located in the down town area homes are good and big enough they also have their parking space but it is conjusted lift facility available
No proper parking system for visitors, the apartments are spacious and comfortable

I have some relatives who live here; it's an old but very well maintained building. The residents have been here for ages, and they're mostly owners so the building is clean and well looked after. It also has some great views of Shahra-e-faisal - one of the main interchanges in Karachi. Sort of like Sheikh Zayed in Dubai!
It's home and Residents and neighborhood is excellent. Cool,helping and accomodating.
