I continually use this as a passport to help others and to my own wellness and self-mastery. The immediacy and alacrity needed to attain benefit demands honesty. Not everyone is ready for that kind of transparency, to enhance self-understanding. By our mid-40s to mid-'50s most of us, minus a lucky few, we are at a point in our lives where we are NEEDED but rarely WANTED. By midlife, our love, happiness, fulfillment, respect, status, and careers depend on being needed, being that cog in the wheel - everything hinges on it. So dysfunctions aside, like hamsters, we keep it rolling on no matter what our personal trajectory looks like. This will inevitably set the tone for how we will die. Our heartbeat is literally the key to awareness and control of our mood, body, behavior, compulsions addictions, our reactions, and a litany of other dysfunctions which can all be addressed. You will learn how to be still, to hold your breath for 3-5 min or more, how to move for an hour non-stop, (even from couch potato level zero), at full capacity, and to read situations and reactions with your own biometric feedback - this NEVER lies. You will lose weight, you will gain strength, and you will most likely look better too, but these are by-products of something much more lasting. You will learn the importance of never confusing being wanted and needed ever again.
