Lab was clean, the lab technician was helpful and nice. The person on the main counter, who did the data entry, whose name was Zohaib as I remember, was a bit rude, making us feel unwanted in government hospital. It's common in Karachi but not in Agha Khan hospital. We went for the PCR test as it was near the home, but the process was way more complicated and slower then the main branch where it was pretty straight forward and the results were also quick. Strongly advise you to go to the hospital where the services are fast and quality is better.
