These materials are then delivered to projects, and used in the production of Ready-Mix Concrete or Asphalt. Lachance Construction owns and operates Primers & Crushers, a Concrete and an Asphalt Plant. 2. Construction Division, a General Contractor on commercial jobs such as construction of new hotels, restaurants or box stores, and institutional construction such as schools, libraries and hospitals. Lachance Construction also serves as General Contractor for civil works such as water and sewer, and roads.
