This is a great place to shop. While not as big as some of its franchised counterparts, they find the room to pack a huge variety of stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Owner is very attentive to his customers.

Extremely horrible customer service. I called in 5 days ago looking for a product, that is available in store according to the online website. I wanted to make sure it was in fact instore before I drove all the way to kapuskasing. The 1st day I called they "went looking for it" and they could not find it. They took my number and said I'll call you back when we find it. I never heard back, so I called back at the end of the day spoke with an other person who said "we can't find it, we will have management look for it"and they will contact me back tomorrow. Surprise suprise they never called back so I had to call in once again spoke to another worker who said "we are still looking and we will call you back today" ...... no call back once again. It's been 5 days and still no call back. So I drove to Cochrane to get what I needed. Seems like they should be working in a circus if they are acting like clowns.

It's always frostrating here in kapuskasing can never find anything and when u ask they say yes there's 20 in stock but no one can find them so this morning is the fourth times this week i walk out empty hand

The store is clean, and the pricing and product selection is great. My ONLY complaint is that you need to be very careful with some of the cashiers. The students are always very polite and give great service, but one of the older staff members reacted like I killed her dog when I tried helping her locate a SKU on a product. I guess I threatened her pride? Nasty attitude. Steer clear of the boomers.

Ordered online, drove 65 kms to the store, 4 hours later they had not processed my order of 1 item. Cannot call to cancel my order as call center is apparently too busy just hangs up on you. Not happy at all
