The food here is always consistant, very tasty, prices is a bit high but it's worth it. Always busy, customer service is nice.
Ordered over the phone since delivery usually takes longer. When I arrived the lady was really friendly, assisting a family that was sitting, but while walking back and forth being able to get my number to check my order. Though someone came in and cut in line, but the lady was nice enough to say sorry about the cutting lady. The man got my order bagged up and ready right after I got there, so it's not like it was sitting in the bags for too long, which was nice since food gets soggy when it's sitting in the bags for too long. Service was great, food tastes great. We come here often enough for that pho fix. Can't comment on the prices since we basically only come here. Though I'm assuming its reasonable.
A great find for authentic vietnamese food. As a Vietnamese that has been eating tons of viet food, I was greatly satisfied with most of the dishes. The people were super friendly and helpful to talk to. Definitely a come back. A must if u looking for vietnamese food in Honolulu.
Placed an order over the phone, everything was repeated back to me. Get there pay for the order, check it before I drive off and a whole entire plate order is missing. Go back in, they check the order receipt and said it wasn't written down. Not going to place yet another order and wait for it to be cooked (which is what they suggested) so that all of the other food I ordered can sit and get cold. Poor call-in and pick up service. Suggest dining in instead.
I had the large bowl of Tai Pho with summer rolls. They were both very good but not great. The Tai is sliced rare beef with rice noodles. They included basil and bean sprouts but we're missing the fresh sliced green chili peppers that normally come as a side of pho. They also gave lemon instead of lime which normally accompanies the soup. The Summer roll was also tasty, the lettuce was very fresh and crispy. The service was also fast. The prices were reasonable.
Papaya salad for starters and crispy spring rolls with BBQ chx n vermicelli noodles the bomb!! A must try besides signature Pho soup dishes. So tasty!!
