Overall experience was good, even with all the recent updates to COVID-19 safety protocols and restrictions. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of food and even offered extra plates if someone wanted. You get 1 drink coupon with the basic package. Extra drinks cost 5. There's a souvenir cup for extra 11- recommend as you get it filled to the top. It's about 16oz.

I always enjoy a Luau and each experience is different. I had a great time and so did my family. I'm not sure if the food setup was the same prior Covid or this is just how they do it. Nice experience
We had a great time. There was a rain storm to start the show but they did the best they could handing out ponchos. Food was good and they kept my 3 and 2 year old entertained past their bedtimes. Definitely will be back in the future!
We visited 20 years ago on our honeymoon, had such an amazing experience that we had to do it again for our 20th anniversary. Still an awesome experience! If you're in Oahu, you have to go to Germaine's! The food is fantastic, the Aloha is palpable, and the show is second to none! Have fun!
Service, food and show were amazing! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were treated like family! A def must do here on Oahu!! Loved it!!! Lol

very disappointed in germaines "luau" - spent 2.5 hours and there was maybe, a very hard maybe, 1 hour total time of a show. They waste time that you're under the impression is for the show rambling on about who's celebrating birthday, honeymoon, weddings etc... this went on over an hour. Most of the time the lady is talking about what they are going to present next but it's 3 minutes of her talking to 1 minute of entertainment. Food was absolutely disgusting we ended up leaving early & going to McDonald's because it's all that was open. (not 1 person went back for seconds) again just my opinion but their show is appropriate for a child's birthday party at most and if you are going for any other reason please please attempt at getting a refund asap and finding somewhere else to go. I do realize its too late for some but it's not worth it - not the time or money
It's OK, if it's your 1st your will enjoy it, might be better after Covid. They plate the food and bring it to you, you get about 1 time to ask for more. It is outdoor and on a beach they also sell 5 drinks. It is a nice small production and intimate. I if you want a huge production go to Polynesian Center, no alcohol or beach, but a more Broadway like production. All depends on what you like.
