The best mall in the area for sure. Better than anything in the Sando shopping district. You don’t go for the food at the mall, but wow. Great selection of food, drinks, snacks and all the above. Didn’t do much shopping, but it plenty of high end stores to mid and lower end. The kids play area including the fairs wheel was the best. For about 5usd a person you get to ride the 15min fairs wheel. Better at night is my guess. One thing to avoid are the motorized vehicles around the area as they break down pretty easily. And if you have tokens left over head downstairs to Happy100. You can use your extra tokens there and get tickets. Right now there is a special Hello Kitty exhibit. Must see and play for those that love everything HK.

A mini ferris wheel on top of the Dream Mall. We took the cabin with the transparent floor, not much to see actually. See some steels. I think me and my friends were the only one taking the ride. The mini theme park was very empty when we were there at around 8pm. Nonetheless, great views of Kaohsiung city from the ferrish wheel.
Good place for family visit while day, lots of kids n children areathe most wonderful facilities is the special smoking zone. Nearby have bus stop to other visiting check point. Tons of parking area.....

Great views. I'm scared of heights so not great on that sense, it's atop a 8 story mall. Definitely have to ride it though!
Took the transparent cabin and was thrilled. Great view, but poor photography skills bcoz I was enjoying the ride. Staff was kind and pleasant. The 'professional' photos we took before the ride, and during the cabin ride was well taken and worth to purchase as souvenirs. It wasn't crowded when we were there at the roof top on a Friday afternoon. The children enjoyed themselves as there is a lot of kiddy rides suitable for toddlers 2-6 yo and thrilling rides(unfortunately mostly closed maybe due to low visitors count).
Loved the place. A giant ferris wheel on the rooftop. Gives the view of the city. Similar to London eye.
Have a great time and watch the sunset over the city. You can see the airport and Sky 85 tower from here. 15 for the whole family. And the cars are air conditioned!
