Horrible company! They are constantly late or they just never pick up. One truck picks up recycling but leaves the other can there and then tells us they picked up. The other can is completely full so clearly they didn't.

The trash is always picked up on time and even early, but I may have to go with some else be cause of the price of this service. It seems to go up often. Other than that you are doing a great job.
Please do NOT waste your time or money on this company. We have had this “trash service” for all of three weeks. They have either not picked up our trash or not picked up our recycling at least once a week. The real icing on the cake was today. They didn’t pick up our trash yesterday so I left the bin outside with the recycling today. The truck picked up the recycling and proceeded to knock the TRASH can over and let debris litter our driveway. I came outside to ask the guy to pick up the mess he made and he simply go back in the truck and drove off.
Regularly misses our trash pick up. Have to call and remind them to pickup our location at least once every 2 months.
They missed recycling two times the same month forcing me to call and hold with customer service without a discount for the month. The next month they took our recycling bin saying that they would return with a bigger one and switch services to every other week. We have yet to get our bin back two weeks later.
