They will only make new patient appointments Monday-Friday for the following day from 8:00-8:30 am but will not answer the phones during that time. If you ask to speak to the Dean or Chancellors office they will pretend they can't hear you or hang up on you without warning. My husband is in extreme pain and needs help!!!! If it were 2019 we would be able to afford more than office visit and X-rays. I will NOT just give up. I am calling immediately to the Dental Board!! I WILL REPORT THIS SCHOOL!!!

So where to start?? So I tried this place and thought ok the first few times was great!! And then it happened!! Saturday appointment at 7:15 am I'm like ok if it helps a student! I get there Saturday morning. To be told buy a security guard that I can't park in the same parking lot that I have been parking in. I tried to explain to him the sign says UMKC dental school also he's like I will give you a ticket and tow your truck if you parked here.. guess what big guy your douchebag and I won't never come back..

Do not go here. Yes the prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. No the office staff is not friendly. They make ZERO efforts to be accommodating unless you deal directly with the office manager. Once you start going here you are locked into a scheduled time for appointments for the rest of the time your child is in braces (could be 4 years) with no regard to time changes needing to be made. If you miss an appointment it will be a month to 6 weeks before they will see your child just extending the time they are in braces. The quality of care is average or below. Yes there are students taking care of the appointments and they are kind and learning but the involvement from the resident is minimal. Do yourself and your child a favor and go to provider that will be accommodating, listen to your needs, and take good care of your teeth.

This is a great place to get dental treatment at 1/2 the price. They also take insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. All the work is checked over by multiple doctors so you know if something is wrong, one of them will catch it. The only downside is time. Because it's a school, you have to set aside 3 hours of time for each appointment. However, in my experience, the whole 3 hours is rarely used and when it is, it was absolutely necessary.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! He's rude and tried to attack me for coming in a side door. Very nasty man! As well as CONNIE WHITE, she's condescending and a worldly woman with no care for anyone but herself.
