I cam to visit a while ago before the virus. They had trainers that was really good and involved with the classes. Nico, Amanda, rob are great. Management is not so good tho.

Wonderful experience with this location! Amanda, Rob, and Roderick were great coaches and they each take their time with learning the steps. ALL the encouraging and positive vibes ️

Nice staff but so much for the “power hour class” they only have 45 min workouts with relatively low intensity. You also have to come in to sign a cancellation form with the sole purpose of making it harder on you to cancel. When I moved and had to cancel from a stl Title they emailed me the document and we did it like that. This the Title for beginners.
