Buyer beware: Their contracts apparently don't oblige them to ever give you your money back, even when the job doesn't get done, or even started. Yikes! They require a hefty deposit, which would be fine. But then they don't follow through on the job. My job was estimated to start in October. However, all they did between October and December was string me along by coming out to \look\ at my job three more times and tell me they'd either get in touch with me in a couple days or would actually be back to finally get started in a couple days. But every time, nothing. After being ghosted the third time, I contacted Chris Oswalt, who was supposed to be the guy in charge, and he actually said to me \I have no idea what's going on\ when I asked him about the status of my job. At that point, it was clear that these folks had no respect for my time or money. Update: Shortly after posting this review, the owner sent me a personal email chewing me out for it. Someone does not take criticism (or the truth) very well. This guy doesn't quit. Another personal email: \I’m not legally obligated to cancel your contract. I was being the nice one. You should probably be grateful.

Probuilt is amazing to work with! I recently had them install a fiberglass pool and the entire construction crew was professional, super nice, and ALWAYS available for any and all questions or concerns that I had. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Pro Built Patio did a fantastic job on the install and completion of our in ground pool. Work was done in a timely manner. Chris, the owner, is knowledgeable and was always easy to contact and replied back quickly if I had questions about anything. Great crews. Will definitely use in the future for more outdoor projects.
